ANCESTRAL TECHNIQUES
AND FIBRES FROM THE
HIGHLANDS OF PERU.

Over expanses of the finest alpaca fibres, a speckling of heathered laja yarn evokes natural growth. Lichen on weathered rocks or sunlight on a meadow clearing, the effect calls to mind the surprising delight of some of the earth’s most delicate pairings. Stippled with grey,
a white background seems almost polar; matched with umber, the pale fibres seem more attuned to desert landscapes than icecaps.
